Dr. Greeshma Praveen,
is a healthcare quality professional with over 13 years of experience in healthcare quality management, accreditation, and regulatory compliance. She currently serves as the Quality Assurance Manager at Al Ain Fertility Centre, where she is responsible for the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and compliance processes aligned with national and international healthcare standards.
She holds a PhD in Molecular Biotechnology from NERIST, Arunachal Pradesh, India. Her professional qualifications include Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), CAP Internal Auditor, JCI Internal Auditor, and Lead Auditor certifications in ISO 15189, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 22000. She is also trained in ADHICS Health Informatics and is a Certified Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Practitioner. In addition, she is a lifetime member of the American Institute of Healthcare Quality (AIHQ).
Her experience includes working with healthcare accreditation and regulatory frameworks such as JCI, DOH, EIAC, CAP, ADHICS, Tasneef, and ISO standards. Her areas of work include clinical governance, healthcare risk management, infection prevention and control, policy development, and regulatory compliance within healthcare organizations.
