What is AAFC’s tele-consultation service?
AAFC’s telemedicine service enables you to book video consultations with our doctors through the Okadoc teleconsultation portal.
How do I make my appointment?
To schedule a telemedicine appointment, click here to book your online consultation by selecting the doctor, date, and time, and filling in the required information. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a link and a step-by-step guide on how to access your appointment via a mobile device or computer. Before your first teleconsultation, you must agree to the Telemedicine Patient Consent. Patient Feedback
Al Ain Fertility Center values patient feedback and conducts satisfaction surveys via an independent company within one week of your teleconsultation. Results and comments are reviewed to improve services. We encourage you to participate in the survey to help us enhance our telemedicine offerings.
